 爱生是师德之本
 关键词:道德责任感、教育的桥梁、感情的纽带

 热爱学生是教师受道德责任感的驱遣,对学生发自内心的诚挚而亲密的感情。教师对学生的爱,不仅是师生之间的爱,更重要的是教师对祖国、对人民、对教育事业热爱的深刻体现,是教师职业道德的核心。
 热爱学生是教育的桥梁,是连接教师与学生感情的纽带。教师只有用真挚的爱去与学生直面交流,用爱的暖流去沐浴学生的心灵,才能使师生配合默契,使学生乐于接受教师的爱。当学生从内心深处感受到师爱的时候,才会发出心的共鸣。这时,他们会从感情上缩短彼此之间的距离,把自己的爱回报给老师。同时,师爱又换取了学生接受教育的自觉性,使之亲其师从而信其道,去实现国家的教育目的,达到既定的教育要求。教师热爱学生的内涵是十分丰富的,它包括热爱全体学生,不能对学生厚此薄彼,要求学生全面发展,达到共同进步,尊重学生,促使学生特长发展,即博而专等方面。
热爱全体学生是师爱的基本要求
 真心地热爱全体学生,把爱的雨露撒向每一位学生,并让学生感受到这种爱的真切,这是教师热爱学生的基本要求。热爱全体学生要做到既偏爱优质生。又珍爱中间生,更厚爱学困生。
对优质生的偏爱,并非单纯的宠爱,而是把教育思想放在既支持他们学习上敢于冒尖,又教育他们在思想上不断提高。优质生学有余力,要引导他们探索知识的高峰。切不要放松对他们的思想品德教育,让个别学生告别骄矜、浮躁等不良情绪,以保证他们沿着德才兼备的方向发展。
珍爱中间生,这种珍视关心。因为中间生一般是大多数,容易被忽视,但如果对他们疼爱有加,这又是一支异军突起的力量,所以提出珍爱是合情合理的。珍爱中间生就要特别关注他们的学习和思想情况,千方百计地调动他们的主动性,发挥他们的积极作用,一方面激励他们刻苦自励,奋发向上,向优质生看齐;另一方面,教育他们团结互助,帮差协困,向学困生伸出热情的手,寓帮于乐,开掘学习的动力,补充学习的力量源泉,推动学习风气的良性发展。

sp;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   一般而言,偏爱优质生是大多数教师的嗜好,因为优质生特别是优异的考试成绩,对教师来说是一种令人欣慰的良性刺激。而厚爱学困生则是多数教师懒于去做的,因为转化学困生不仅费时费力,更常常影响教学质量的评比,所以多数教师把学困生看成是朽木而弃之。因此,厚爱学困生要提到师德的高度来认识。厚爱学困生不仅是感情和态度问题,而更重要的是师德的表现和行动,也是素质教育的总要求。我们不但要视学困生为待开的蓓蕾,相信他们会在园丁的精心哺育下争奇斗妍,更要耐心帮助他们学有所成,有益于社会。师爱对学困生来说是最大的动力,是心灵的慰藉,教师能设身处地平等对待他们,是他们酣享师爱最好的方式。一次我找几个考试等级差的学生一起分析全班的考试情况,有意让他们去找自己的试卷,借此浏览其中优秀试卷,然后问有何感想,让他们体会老师的心情。从他们用泪眼做的回答中,看出师爱的暖流已流入他们思想感情深处,并与教师产生了心的共鸣,教师的殷切希望已成为他们转化的动力。师爱也便成了学困生努力向学的不竭源泉。
要求学生全面发展,是师爱的具体体现
 全面执行国家教育方针,让学生在德、智、体、美、劳诸方面全面发展是素质教育的总要求,在德、智、体、美、劳诸方面严格要求学生是教师的职责和爱生的具体体现。严格要求学生不是单纯的,而重要的是, 只是的辅助手段,只有通过,学生才能形成良好的道德情操,才能熟练掌握文化科学知识,才能保证身心健康发展。对德、智、体、美、劳诸方面统筹兼顾,才能培养德才兼备的合格人才。另外对学生提出的要求严而有度,不能失去分寸。教师提出的严格要求是学生的思想水平、认识能力所能理解和接受的,经过一定努力可以达到的,也就是跳起来能摘到桃子。提要求时要根据学生的基础设不同的层次,达到严而有度,教而有方。另外严格要求不是随心所欲感情用事,教师要引导学生达到某种要求,要善于疏导,使学生心悦诚服地接受教育,自觉服从要求。这样才能进入心有灵犀一点通的佳境。而且实施素质教育的过程中,教师职业道德也潜移默化地影响着学生,它是无形的师爱。如教师严谨的治学态度有助于培养学生孜孜以求的学习精神,教师工整的板书会换来学生工整的作业,更重要的是师爱的暖流会塑造一个温馨、和谐、奋发向上的班集体。
尊重学生促使学生特长发展是师爱的重要标志
 在我们这个国度,师生关系是平等的。教师要求学生尊重自己的同时更应尊重学生,互相尊重,礼貌待人是我们的传统美德,教师要把尊重学生作为重要的道德要求和爱生标志。教师要尊重学生的人格,不要伤害了他们的自尊心,切忌对学生讽刺挖苦、恶意中伤。要尊重学生的创造,对有益的及时褒扬,并予以肯定和帮助,使他们获得更大成功;要尊重学生的进步,抓住时机进行表扬,鼓励他们戒骄戒躁,继续努力更上一层楼。记得有一个插班生被认为难以雕琢,我对他的情况进行了全面了解分析后,通过诚恳的谈心表达了教师对他的尊重,指出了他的潜力与优势,分析出现在学困的原因是学不得法,相信他在学习上是会展露头角的,同时要求他克服不守纪律等不良现象,后来这个学生的学习成绩跃居到全班优秀行列。另外,教师既要善于发现学生的特长又要促其发展,学生特长的发展往往会带动整体发展,同时也是成长的希望,无数特长成才生的实例证明了这一点。
 总之,热爱学生是师德修养的重中之重,集中反映着每个教师的自身素质,身为教师,不能不对此高度重视并身体力行。
